Quality Policy

The management of NN Translations, in the person of the Manager, hereby declares and assumes personal commitment and responsibility to implement the following Quality Policy:

  • Continuous enhancement of the quality management system, improvement of the quality of the translation and interpretation, editing of texts and linguistic validation of texts within the scope of application of the system and the defined context of the company;
  • Achieving the strategic quality objectives that set the basic framework for the specific measurable quality objectives;
  • Satisfying to the maximum the needs and expectations of customers and interested parties;
  • Achieving a high level of competitiveness of “NN TRANSLATIONS” Ltd., by providing innovative and accessible services to the customers;
  • Compliance with all Bulgarian laws, regulations and international standards applicable to the products and services of the company, as well as the obligations under the contracts with the clients;
  • Selection, training and development of human resources to achieve the best results;

The management is responsible for requiring all managers and employees of NN Translations to be well acquainted with the requirements of the Quality Management System documents and for controlling their implementation.

The management will continually strive to identify improvement opportunities, using indicators for measurable quality objectives and the defined process measurement indicators.

This policy will be subject to an annual review of its suitability by the management, and will be published on the company’s website to be made available to all interested parties.
